PTP Program

PTP is a program that offers the flexibility to the customer to look up, cross reference, and order parts 24/7/365. PTP offers the flexibility for you to save time normally spent waiting for someone to pick up the phone or return your voicemail. Your time, your terms. This is a very user-friendly program and offers two possible options for procurement dependent upon volume of purchases:

Option One – Fleets of up to 25 buses can be set up to book orders through the facing Midwest Bus Sales branch. With this, all parts will be shipped as normal unless requested as a critical or urgent shipment.

Option Two – Fleets of more than 25, expecting purchase of $25,000 or more per year, can be setup to receive parts direct from Midwest Bus Sales locations or from the PDC’s. All parts will be shipped as normal unless requested as a critical or urgent shipment.

INTERESTED in PTP? Existing customers can email one of the contacts listed below with their Company/School name, the user’s first and last name,  email address, and the option you fall under.

For completely new customers, please complete the above steps and fill out the customer application, (see link below). We are authorized to setup PTP in AR, MO, KS, OK, IL, & CO as a Thomas Built Bus dealer.

First, we can help you build favorites lists to make finding your most frequently needed parts quick and easy.

Need help logging in? We can also login for you – only with your permission – to place orders for you based upon a list you would supply us.

You will also have access to Parts Pro, which is an electronic parts catalog system showing the Thomas Built Bus vehicle’s individual build record and also a massive cross reference to possibly convert other numbers.

You will save time and money ordering through the PTP program!
