Bonner Springs, KS Location Achieves Platinum Support

It is with great excitement and satisfaction that Midwest Bus Sales is announcing our official Platinum Support Program Certification at our Bonner Springs, KS location. This certification is awarded by Thomas Built Buses to an elite group of their dealers.

Thomas Built Buses defines Platinum Support as a collaborative effort among Thomas Built Buses, Daimler Trucks North America and its dealer network, focusing on improving the customer experience. Thomas also points out that Platinum Support dealers and their highly trained staffs provide rapid diagnosis, responsive turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability and superb customer service.

“Having our dealerships become Platinum Support Certified is a BIG thing,” said Scott Bruegge, Vice President of Midwest Bus Sales. “The business becomes more dynamic and cohesive going through this certification process.  The facility looks amazing and the place looks ten times better than it did prior to us starting this process over a year ago.  With the Bonner Springs location now officially Platinum Certified, we have the foundation, as well as the right tools and habits to take our platform into our new building in the summer of 2019.  This is a proud moment for the owners and executive management team. Knowing the hard work our management teams and employee groups have put in to this project to make it successful is a great feeling to have justified.  What a great milestone for us to put on our company’s timeline in history.”

Jennifer Radcliff, Customer Improvement Coordinator, played a large role in the internal communication and organization of the process. According to Radcliff, “Everyone here at Midwest Bus Sales and our sister companies were eager to help make the necessary improvements. From cleaning each individual shelf in the parts department, to labeling files and moving boxes, everyone chipped in and worked hard to reach the end goal.”

We are looking forward to the opportunity of putting our recent improvements to the test. Give us a call with any of your school, activity, or commercial bus needs and let us show you why we have achieved Platinum Support.
